No Cost to the Facility
There is no associated cost in either dollars or staff time required from the facility. Golden Care Dental Services provides all necessary equipment and appropriate staff for any scheduled appointment.
No Administrative Work
Golden Care Dental Services completes all of its own billing, mailing and treatment scheduling. This will help reduce the administrative work and administrative responsibilities for your facility and its staff.
Cost Reductions to the Facility
Residents consenting to our dental program will no longer require hired escorts and costly transportation to visit a conventional dental office.
Free Dental Screening
A free dental screening is offered to all residents at no cost and no obligation. The dental screening, which helps determine recommendations for future dental treatment, provides an additional complementary service to your residents while enhancing the facility’s healthcare image.
Fees to the Families
Fees for provided services are either at or below the rates set by the Ontario Suggested Dental Fee Guide for the Long Term Care sector.
Emergency Response
Golden Care Dental Services’ head office will contact the facility within 24 hours of a reported emergency and help to arrange for resident care. This will reduce the stress to your staff knowing that our professional team has attended to the emergency. Please refer to our “Emergency Response” link under Facility: Service Protocol.
